The Tek Bond Acrylic Sealant it’s a one-component, water-based low modulus sealant, which is flexible and paintable. The Tek Bond Neutral Silicone Weather  Sealant – is a single component with high performance and neutral curing thixotropic adhesive sealant. Releases little odor.
